Name Change Requests
Name changes can be requested for travel on Air New Zealand ticketed (086) and operated services only. Travel must remain as per the original date and flight time, or minor changes within reason. A $50 name change fee per ticket will be deducted from the fund.
Extra Baggage Requests
Extra baggage can be requested for travel on Air New Zealand ticketed (086) and operated services only and will be added to the traveller’s booking by way of an electronic waiver. Ensure only the extra baggage required is being requested, with the fare types and frequent flyer benefits taken into considered.
Extra baggage will be deducted from the fund as per the applicable extra bag charges.
Ticket Refund Requests
Refunds can be requested for travel on Air New Zealand ticketed (086) and operated services only, where the fare rules state the ticket is non-refundable. The full value of the refunded ticket will be deducted from the fund.
Air Tickets Requests
Air tickets can be requested for travel on Air New Zealand ticketed (086) and operated services only. The ticket will be issued at the best fare of the day, per the fare product requested and the full amount will be deducted from the fund.
All fare conditions will apply and any changes to the tickets must be made via the Air New Zealand Contact Centre or online at the Customer’s own expense. Airpoints Dollars™ and Status Points cannot be earned with these tickets.
Air Tickets (TMC Issued)
Air tickets can be requested for travel on Air New Zealand ticketed (086) and operated services only. When issuing the ticket, the unique identifier provided must be added into the cost centre field for reconciliation purposes. Any reissues of the booking where the Manaaki Fund is being used to pay for any additional collection will need to be re-authorised by Air NZ and another unique identifier will be provided for the additional collection amount.
Mystery Break Gift Vouchers
Mystery Breaks gift vouchers can be purchased for any of the Mystery Break products and are valid for travel within twelve months from date of issue (extensions beyond twelve months are not permitted).
One Year Koru Membership An annual Koru™ Membership to be credited to the Airpoints™ account of any employees or officers of the Customer. The annual cost of a Koru™ Membership is $689 and the amount deducted from the fund will depend on the expiry date of the membership.
The Customer acknowledges that a Koru™ membership is personal to the individual to whom it is assigned and must attach to an Airpoints™ membership. The Customer agrees to obtain the consent from such employees or officers of the Customer for Air New Zealand to release any personal information (including Airpoints™ membership number) to the Customer for the purpose of awarding, removing or retaining any Koru™ membership awarded under this Programme.
