Air New Zealand have extended the expiry date for credits issued due to the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic. The value of these tickets are now valid until 31 January 2026, to book travel, with that travel to be completed by 31 December 2026.
The maximum validity of tickets in ARC is 3 years and in BSP the maximum validity is 2 years. This form can be used to get verification for reimbursement of the existing credit/original ticket.
The Process:
- Hold a new itinerary in your GDS ensuring the name field matches the original ticket/credit. The ticket does not need to be issued.
- The routing can differ from the original ticket/credit
- Fill in the boxes on the following page and our ticketing team will verify and then approve the request and send an AUTH code for your records.
- When approved, this will trigger the reimbursement of the existing credit/original ticket, processed by Air New Zealand.
- The reimbursement will appear on the original form of payment.
- One PNR per form.
